What do New, CIB, Missing Manual, and Loose mean?
We use condition descriptions to help you understand exactly what you're purchasing. New: Factory sealed and unopened. CIB (Complete in Box): Pre-owned and includes the game, original case, and applicable original inserts/manual when included with that release. Missing Manual (MM): Includes the game and case but is missing the original manual or other noted insert. Loose (L): Game/disc/cartridge only unless otherwise stated. Always review the individual product description and photos for details about the specific item.
Are the photos of the actual item I will receive?
Whenever a listing uses photos of the individual item, those photos help show its actual condition. Some products, especially when multiple identical items are available, may use representative images. Always review the product description and photos before purchasing.
Are your products authentic?
Heavy Hittas Collectibles is committed to selling authentic merchandise. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Any reproduction, aftermarket, or otherwise non-original item would be clearly identified as such in the product description.
Are pre-owned video games tested?
We make every effort to inspect and, when applicable, test pre-owned games before listing them. Any known issues or important condition details will be disclosed in the product description.
How often do you add new inventory?
New inventory is added regularly. Because we specialize in games and collectibles, inventory can change frequently and many items may only have one copy available. Check our New Arrivals section often for the latest additions.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items may return, but restocks are not guaranteed. Many of our products are collectibles, pre-owned items, or limited-quantity finds, so once they're gone, we may not be able to obtain another copy.
Can an item sell out while it is in my cart?
Yes. Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve it. For limited-quantity products, your purchase is secured once checkout has been successfully completed and the order is confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
