Product Condition Guide

At Heavy Hittas Collectibles, we use standardized condition descriptions to help you understand what you're purchasing. Because many of our products are pre-owned or collectible, condition can vary from item to item.

Always review the individual product description and photos before purchasing, as they provide the most specific information about the item you will receive.

Video Games

New

Factory sealed and unopened. The item has never been opened and remains in its original manufacturer packaging.

CIB (Complete in Box)

Pre-owned and includes the game and original case, along with the applicable original manual/inserts when those components were included with that release.

Normal signs of previous ownership may be present unless otherwise stated.

Missing Manual (MM)

Includes the game and case but is missing the original manual or another specifically noted insert.

Loose (L)

Game disc or cartridge only unless otherwise stated. No case, manual, or additional inserts are included.

Shoes

New

Unworn shoes in new condition. The product listing will indicate whether the original box, tags, accessories, or other packaging are included.

Pre-Owned

Previously worn shoes. Signs of wear may include creasing, sole wear, minor marks, discoloration, or other evidence of previous use.

We will use the product description and photos to disclose significant condition details we identify.

Please review all photos carefully before purchasing pre-owned shoes.

Sports Cards & Trading Cards

Card condition will be described in the individual listing when applicable.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, ungraded/raw cards have not been professionally graded, and we do not guarantee that a raw card will receive any particular grade if submitted to a grading company.

For professionally graded cards, the listing will identify the grading company and grade shown on the slab.

Please review photos carefully for centering, corners, edges, surface condition, and other characteristics important to you before purchasing.

Collectibles & Other Items

Collectibles may be listed as new, sealed, opened, pre-owned, or another condition appropriate for the particular item.

Packaging can be an important part of a collectible's condition. When applicable, we will disclose significant visible issues such as dents, tears, creases, scratches, fading, or other packaging damage that we identify.

Please review the listing description and available photos for item-specific details.
