SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS, COLLECTIBLES AND ITEM CONDITION
Heavy Hittas Collectibles LLC sells merchandise that may include new and pre-owned video games, sports cards, trading cards, shoes, movies, Pokémon products, collectibles, and other merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the products offered through our store. Because many of our products are pre-owned, collectible, vintage, or available in limited quantities, cosmetic and physical condition may vary from item to item.
Customers should carefully review the product title, description, condition information, photographs, included components, and other information provided on the individual product listing before purchasing.
For video games, condition terminology may include:
New — Factory sealed and unopened.
CIB (Complete in Box) — Pre-owned and includes the game, original case, and applicable original inserts or manual when included with that release, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Missing Manual (MM) — Includes the game and case but is missing the original manual or another noted insert.
Loose (L) — Game disc, cartridge, or other primary game media only unless otherwise stated.
Individual product descriptions and photographs should always be reviewed because they may contain additional information specific to that item.
We make reasonable efforts to inspect and, when applicable, test pre-owned video games before listing them for sale. Any known material issues identified during our inspection will be disclosed when reasonably possible.
We are committed to selling authentic merchandise and do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. If an item is a reproduction, aftermarket product, or otherwise not an original product, we will make reasonable efforts to identify that fact in the product listing.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs and representations of our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, display settings, and other factors.
When a listing uses photographs of the individual item, those photographs are intended to help demonstrate that item's condition. Certain products, particularly when multiple substantially identical items are available, may use representative photographs.
Product descriptions may be updated or corrected at any time. We may discontinue products or limit available quantities at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Heavy Hittas Collectibles LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

If you need to request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible. Because we work to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing has begun or after the order has shipped.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that item. Limited-quantity merchandise may remain available for purchase by other customers until checkout is successfully completed and the order is confirmed.

Heavy Hittas Collectibles LLC is not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
If your shipment is materially delayed, lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and determine the appropriate next steps.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Pokémon, Jordan, and any other third-party brands, product names, characters, trademarks, logos, or intellectual property appearing on our store remain the property of their respective owners.
